Shanice Wilson was raised in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.

She began singing on stage with her mother Crystal and her aunt Penni, who now jointly oversee her career.

Afterwards, she found her way into the modelling industry, appearing in television commercials, including one with Ella Fitzgerald, and performing in local musicals before reaching her teens.

One particular performance in 'Get Happy' led to her first recording contract when she was just 11 years old, with A & M Records.

By 1990 she had been signed to Motown Records by president Jheryl Busby.

Partnered with producer Narada Michael Walden, her album, 'Inner Child', featured the international hit single 'I Love Your Smile'.

Two other US Top 10 hits were also featured, 'Silent Prayer' (accompanied by labelmate Johnny Gill) and 'I'm Crying'.

It's summary is:

Anyways, what I'm thinking about the word "fashion". Why is it that many people wanted to update themselves and follow Fashion Trends?
